At House Of Crystal, each product is carefully selected and packed with utmost care.
We request you to read our return and refund policy before placing your order.
✅ Returns
Due to the nature of our products (crystals, bracelets, malas, spiritual and energy products), we do not accept returns for change of mind, personal preference, or energy-based expectations.
However, we do accept return or replacement requests in the following cases only:

You received a damaged product

You received a wrong product

The product was missing from your order
⏱️ Return Request Window
You must raise a return or replacement request within 24 hours of delivery.
Requests raised after 24 hours will not be accepted.
📸 Mandatory Proof
To be eligible for return or replacement, you must share:

Clear photos of the product

Clear photo of the outer packaging

Unboxing video (if available)
This helps us verify the issue with our courier and packaging team.
❌ Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Crystals, bracelets, malas and spiritual products once opened and used

Products purchased during clearance or special promotional sales (unless damaged or incorrect)

Minor variations in colour, texture, shape or appearance of crystals (as crystals are natural stones)
Natural variations are not considered defects.
🔄 Replacement Policy
If your request is approved, we will arrange a replacement for the same product (subject to stock availability).
In case the same product is not available, we may offer:

An alternative product of similar value, or
-
A refund, at our sole discretion.
💰 Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

The product is damaged in transit and replacement is not possible

The wrong product was delivered and replacement is not possible

The order is cancelled before dispatch
💳 Refund Mode & Timeline
Once your return or refund request is approved:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

Refund processing time: 5–10 business days
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you may be asked to share your bank account details for processing the refund.
🚫 Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
📍 Delivery Refusal / Failed Delivery
If a delivery fails or is returned to us due to:

Incorrect or incomplete address

Incorrect phone number

Customer not available

Refusal to accept the order
No refund will be issued for such orders.
Re-shipping (if requested) may attract additional shipping charges.

House Of Crystal does not guarantee specific outcomes, financial results, healing, or personal experiences from the use of any product.
Refunds will not be provided based on personal expectations or spiritual results.
